Five-Star® Rapid Surface Repair Easy Mix is a high-performance, self-leveling, low-viscosity, two-part polyurethane-hybrid polymer system designed for rapid repair and rehabilitation of concrete and asphaltic concrete pavements.

The rapid-setting formulation enables repairs to be placed and returned to service within minutes, significantly reducing downtime and traffic disruption. The cured repair provides excellent resistance to impact, vibration, heavy traffic, and thermal movement, making it suitable for both routine maintenance and critical rapid-response repairs.

The system can be installed in temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C), providing reliable performance across a wide range of environmental conditions.

Placement in four steps

1 · Surface preparation

Remove all loose, unsound and contaminated material. Saw-cut the perimeter where required and prepare a clean, sound substrate. No priming is required — the system bonds directly to concrete, asphalt, steel or wood.

2 · Mixing

Combine the two components and mix to a uniform, low-viscosity consistency using a mechanical mixer. Follow the manufacturer’s mix ratio and pot-life guidance.

3 · Placement

Pour and spread the material into the repair area. The self-leveling formulation flows into place; screed or trowel to grade as required.

4 · Return to service

Allow the material to cure. Traffic can resume in as little as 30 minutes after placement.
