Five Star DP Epoxy High Flow Grout® is a high-performance, three-component, epoxy-based precision grout designed for structural and industrial applications where exceptional strength, flowability, chemical resistance, and long-term durability are required.
Its high-flow formulation allows the grout to flow easily into confined spaces and beneath equipment baseplates, machinery, structural supports, and other critical installations, providing complete contact and reliable load transfer. The epoxy-based system offers excellent adhesion to concrete and steel substrates and is designed to withstand heavy dynamic and static loads, vibration, impact, and harsh service conditions.
Data reflects typical results based on laboratory testing under controlled conditions. Reasonable variations may result.
Three-component system consisting of pre-measured resin, hardener, and bags of graded aggregate. Available in three kit sizes to match project requirements.
Concrete surfaces must be clean, sound, dry and prepared to ICRI CSP 5–7 profile. Remove all laitance, oil, grease and contaminants. Steel surfaces must be free of rust, scale and coatings. Prime surfaces as specified.
Construct rigid, liquid-tight formwork with adequate head pressure (minimum 150 mm) to ensure continuous flow. Seal all joints and apply release agent to formwork surfaces.
Mix resin and hardener components thoroughly using a low-speed drill (400–600 rpm) and Jiffy-style paddle for 3 minutes. Gradually add aggregate while mixing until uniform. Do not exceed pot life of 45–60 minutes at 21°C.
Pour or pump continuously from one side only, allowing material to flow freely under the equipment. Maintain a positive head throughout placement. Use a tamping rod or strap to encourage flow in tight areas.
Allow to cure undisturbed at temperatures above 10°C. Apply operating loads only after achieving required compressive strength — typically 24 hours at 21°C.
Prior to application, read all product packaging thoroughly. For detailed placement procedures refer to Five Star® Design-A-Spec™ or call +971 56 408 1507. Epoxy products require proper ventilation and PPE — refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
Send us the foundation dimensions, equipment weight and required gap thickness. A specialist confirms the right kit size and returns pricing with lead time the same business day.
Different working time, different geometry, different temperature. There is a Five Star repair material matched to every placement.
